Olive Tree Inn & Suites

I was given a very large room in the back of the property that had a sliding glass door (double pained) to a patio, though not private, was very nice being up against a large creek with a lot of foliage. Very relaxing. Pretty quiet, though in a busy spot. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great TV reception...all programs.

Staff was very pleasant, including the maid. Quiet yet close to downtown (four minute drive). Good value.

Clean room and beds were comfortable.

Large, bright, clean room, helpful staff, free wifi and parking.

I think that a 3 PM check-in is a bit late, but I understand now that I saw that every room was full that night. The rooms are fine. It is not the Ritz Carlton, but it was absolutely clean and everything work. The coffee machine in my room did not work, but I told the maid and she brought me one in less than five minutes. The guy at the desk didn’t know a lot about the town, but I guess not everyone knows all about the town. And everyone I interacted with was friendly. But it is a good value and there are convenience stores and fast food very close. And breakfast places. Calpoly is seven minutes away for your future guest. And it’s just two turns and you’re on campus.
